This information is aimed at illustrating the policy adopted by the Company on privacy in order to: (i) inform the user of the methods according to which their personal data are processed; and (ii) allow the user to give their expressed and informed consent to the processing of the personal data acquired. The above in compliance with the provisions of the art. 13 of EC Regulation no. 679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 relating to the protection of individuals with regard to the processing of personal data, as well as the free circulation of such data (hereinafter the "Regulation") and of the Legislative Decree of 30 June 2003, n. 196 (hereinafter, the "Privacy Code").
The information and personal data provided by you or otherwise acquired, will be processed in compliance with the provisions of the Regulation, the Privacy Code and the confidentiality obligations that inspire the Company's activity.
Pursuant to the provisions of the Regulation and the Privacy Code, the processing carried out by the Company will be based on the principles of lawfulness, correctness, transparency, limitation of purposes and conservation, data minimization, accuracy, integrity, and confidentiality.

CATEGORIES OF DATA PROCESSED
The Company will process personal data of the users who interact with the web services of the website www.preo.it (hereinafter, the "Site").

PURPOSE OF THE PROCESSING OF THE COLLECTED DATA
The User's data is collected to allow the Owner to provide its services, as well as for the following purposes: statistics and display of content from external platforms.
The types of personal data used for each purpose are indicated in the specific sections of this document.


COOKIES
No personal data of users is acquired by the site for this purpose. Cookies are not used to transmit information of a personal nature, nor are so-called cookies used, persistent cookies of any kind, or systems for tracking users.
The use of so-called session cookies (which are not stored permanently on the user's computer and disappear when the browser is closed) is strictly limited to the transmission of session identifiers (consisting of random numbers generated by the server) necessary to allow safe and secure exploration efficient site. Personal data are processed for the time necessary to carry out the service requested by the User, or required by the purposes described in this document.


RIGHTS OF INTERESTED PARTIES
You have the right to ask the Company, at any time, to access your personal data, to rectify or cancel them or to oppose their processing in the cases provided for by the Art. 20 of the Regulation, you have the right to request the limitation of processing in the cases provided for by the Art. 18 of the Regulation, as well as to obtain the data concerning you in a structured, commonly used and automatically readable format (portability), in the cases provided for by Art. 20 of the Regulation.
Requests must be made in writing via email to be sent to the Owner.
You always have the right to lodge a complaint with the competent supervisory authority (Guarantor for the Protection of Personal Data) pursuant to Art. 77 of the Regulation, if you believe that the processing of your data is contrary to the legislation in force.


CHANGES
This privacy policy is in force from 25 May 2018.
The Owner reserves the right to make changes to this privacy policy at any time by publicizing them to Users on this page. Please therefore consult this page often, taking as reference the date of last modification indicated at the bottom. In case of non-acceptance of the changes made to this privacy policy, the User is required to cease using this Site and may request the Owner to remove their personal data. Unless otherwise specified, the previous privacy policy will continue to apply to personal data collected up to that point.
