Light spirals SVn-Bare
Light SVn-Bare spirals made in partnership with Ambaflex, suitable for primary packaging to make operator passages and free up floor space.

- Constant 9° inclination.
- Centreline diameters: 650, 900, 1000 mm.
- Loop pitch: 350, 450, 500 mm.
- Starting height from 600 to 1000 m in 100 mm increments.
- Maximum height difference 3000 mm.
- Maximum speed 60 m/min.
Freeing up floor space, creating passageways for operators and materials, and ultimately improving the ergonomics of packaging lines is a need that has always existed. Now there is also a solution that is agile, has limited economic impact and maintains a high level of quality.
The lightweight AMBAFLEX SVn spiral conveyor is specifically designed for primary packaging and offers narrow chains and small diameters, while maintaining the well-known reliability of chains with integrated bearings.
As an Authorised Integrator, M.H. Material Handling offers the SVn - Bare version with both 100 and 140 mm chain and then applies its own customisation to standard spirals:
- Electric motor.
- Motorised header passages.
- Side guides.
The light spiral can reach a linear speed of 60 m/min, the coils have a fixed pitch, as does the inclination, which is always 9° on inclined sections. The maximum height difference that can be covered is approximately 3 metres.
