Products on edge lines
MH offers conveyors for stakered products with modular chain or belt, spreader units with slat chain and controlled stacking systems with multi-belt.
Technical features:

Customised accessories to configure the line.
These lines are suitable for crackers, rusks and dry biscuits; they are also used for shortbread if the product goes into the so-called 'single portions', typical of the health and wellness lines. The products are ribbed and processed with special belts to be loaded into the machine in 'packs'. Typical machines are horizontal flowpack or wrapping machines.
The lines can be made with belts, modular chain or table top chains, depending on requirements, and are typically composed of:
- Stacking unit.
- Extraction for machine loading.
- OPTIONAL: recovery at end of line.
- OPTIONAL: row splitter.
- OPTIONAL: bypass with retractile.
- OPTIONAL: push breaker cylinders.
